Sustainable Corporate Gifts

share

Corporate gifts that companies offer to partners at Christmas represent a big, but invisible, problem.

Often, promotional items are useless and end up in the trash. And other times, Christmas gifts are over-packaged in plastic. Or they are made of plastic. Plastic that often cannot be recycled.

A consumption of resources and waste that could be reduced...if we paid attention to this aspect too: promotional gifts.

After 25 years of selling such unsustainable promotional items, Karin Stoevenbeld-Kreber realized she couldn't continue like this. Plastic pollution and waste, in general, which also cause climate change, were also her responsibility.

So she made a 180-degree transformation. And now she sells ONLY sustainable promotional gifts. Made from recycled and/or recyclable materials. Often recovered directly from the stocks of partner companies, before they become waste.

In the picture, for example, Karin is wearing a vest made from ties, left in stock by a manufacturer. Who no longer knew what to do with them.

You can see her story and some advice for companies that want to be sustainable, including in this regard, in the video.
