How do we achieve a smaller carbon footprint? Where do we begin our journey toward a more sustainable, nature-conscious lifestyle with less waste? Which changes have the greatest impact? I have tried to answer all these questions through a concrete three-step transformation plan.

Step 2 is presented here. I suggest you go through it preferably after completing Step 1, which involves analyzing your lifestyle for one week.

After you've done that, you can delve deeper into introspection and introduce something scientific into the whole process: a mathematical calculation of your carbon footprint. Your own carbon footprint.
