Because good things must come at the right time, we act early to create a foundation for disadvantaged children to escape the captivity of their environment, to save their future, aspirations, and development, so that they become responsible adults, prepared for life, capable of contributing to socio-economic life. We are aware that a child's development depends on multiple factors, which is why we have adopted a holistic approach to create a favorable context for the development of children and young people in their living environment, covering both their needs for formal and non-formal education and the needs of their families, such as facilitating the receipt of educational, social, medical, etc., assistance for children in risky situations.

ART200

ART200 is a queer film festival, a project initiated by individuals from the LGBTQIA+ community, driven by a passion for queer films and culture, and the need to discuss and bring together as many people and identities from our community as possible. Through the films screened, the events organized, and the people involved, we aim to encourage, as much as possible, self-representation, collaboration, and an intra-community approach to the problems we face as LGBTQIA+ individuals. At the same time, we know that many of us find it difficult, sometimes impossible, to obtain or maintain a job that ensures our survival from month to month, and we want everyone's work to be remunerated, because an additional source of income, no matter how small, will matter.

The word "SUPER" written in bold letters on a pink background.

Super

Super! is an art festival made by teenagers, full of short films, workshops, and more workshops. Super started in 2013, from the desire of some teenagers to have a supportive space where they could screen their films and meet their peers with similar passions. Then, over the years, Super grew into one of the most important non-formal education platforms in the country, with all these teenagers constantly encouraged to discover and deepen their artistic practices and their big questions and answers about the surrounding world. Super's activity especially complements the Romanian education system, which too rarely focuses its attention on the specific context in which students are formed, keeping the teacher-student interaction within the parameters of an outdated curriculum and a rigid, formal language that hinders and tenses understanding, instead of supporting it.

MBSC logo on a purple background with the text 'sustainability through awareness'.

MBSC

MBSC (Mindfulness Based Sustainability Culture) is a training program created for companies that already have a sustainability strategy, perhaps even a person, if not a department, dealing with its implementation, but where the main challenge is the mindset of colleagues from other departments, who are still reluctant to adopt and implement the concept of sustainability. This program aims to introduce a culture of sustainability into companies, so that all employees share the same mindset: sustainability is important. From there, people will embrace the idea of change as something natural and then understand how they can apply this concept in their daily work, regardless of their specific activity. The program's objective is to motivate employees to implement the measures established for achieving sustainable development goals, primarily because they want to, not just because they have to. At the end of the program, people will have the necessary skills to cooperate with other colleagues, even if opinions diverge. And some of them might even become voluntary sustainability ambassadors. MBSC is driven by the famous MBSR, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, a program developed in 1979 at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, scientifically proven over the years to bring benefits to physical and mental health, as well as professional performance.

Sustain Ability - From Insight to Impact

Sustain Ability, the Progresiv event dedicated entirely to sustainability, returns with its fourth edition under the theme From Insight to Impact. How can data become a solid foundation for the sustainable development of a business, and how can you increase profitability with a strategy based on a reduced environmental impact are questions we will find answers to on February 26, during the Sustain Ability conference. We will discuss the challenges companies face in transitioning to a low-impact operation as the integration of circular economy principles in businesses has lost momentum not only in Romania but globally as well. Moreover, 2026 brings a series of challenges for companies in Romania, including the European regulation on packaging and waste from packaging – PPWR. We will discuss the details of this regulation at Sustain Ability, what the implications are for businesses, and how local market players can align with the new requirements.During the event, we will also talk about food waste, how it can be limited, and what the circular economy looks like in retail.Last but not least, we will present relevant information regarding the financing of sustainable projects and how they can positively impact the financial performance of companies in the local landscape.eEco is a media partner. And eEco members can enjoy a special rate. For details, you can contact us at info@eeco.ro
