Sustainable Everyday – 4th edition Consumption that consumes us Consumption is actually the biggest environmental problem we have. We choose to talk about consumption precisely when it reaches its peak: around the holidays. This is the time of year when we buy, eat, and waste the most: resources, energy, attention. Today we are not talking about sustainability reports or ESG ratings. We propose a conversation about ourselves – about habits, temptation, waste, and personal leadership, which, of course, also translates into our workplaces. Let's transform the topic of "consumption" from a guilt trip into a frank conversation about choices. Let's show that sustainability is not a trend, but a lifestyle – everyday. This year's edition of "Sustainable Everyday" becomes a manifesto edition: "Consumption that consumes us", a reflection on how we live, buy, communicate, and lead in an era of excess. Each session answers a natural question from our daily lives: why do we buy so much, how much does this consumption cost us, who convinces us to buy, what happens after we buy, and who sets the tone for change?
