eEco.ro is the main long-term project of the Sustainable Solutions Non-Profit Association.
An online platform dedicated to responsible consumption and production (Sustainable Development Goal 12) that helps people and companies change their lifestyle and business model through the tools it provides:
- Information
- Green suppliers
- Sustainability events
- Community
These are the solutions through which we aim to contribute to global issues that accelerate the climate change problem: overproduction, overconsumption, too much plastic, too much pollution.
The platform has been operating since October 2022 as a sustainability hub, as it gathers in one place and provides free access to the most relevant green solutions available on the market for all interested parties.
Our long-term goal is to develop this platform as a true sustainability ecosystem, where we facilitate concrete partnerships between stakeholders who can change the current situation, namely between:
- Sustainability experts
- Green startups or mature companies that also have green products/services
- Companies that want to green their value chain
- NGOs that can help companies implement CSR strategies with real impact
- The academic sector (students, teachers, researchers)
The ultimate goal is to contribute to the major European objective: climate neutrality by 2050.
