MBSC (Mindfulness Based Sustainability Culture) is a training program created for companies that already have a sustainability strategy, perhaps even a person, if not a department, dealing with its implementation, but where the main challenge is the mindset of colleagues from other departments, who are still reluctant to adopt and implement the concept of sustainability. This program aims to introduce a culture of sustainability into companies, so that all employees share the same mindset: sustainability is important. From there, people will embrace the idea of change as something natural and then understand how they can apply this concept in their daily work, regardless of their specific activity. The program's objective is to motivate employees to implement the measures established for achieving sustainable development goals, primarily because they want to, not just because they have to. At the end of the program, people will have the necessary skills to cooperate with other colleagues, even if opinions diverge. And some of them might even become voluntary sustainability ambassadors. MBSC is driven by the famous MBSR, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, a program developed in 1979 at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, scientifically proven over the years to bring benefits to physical and mental health, as well as professional performance.

Ultimately, we will be able to create a fusion between the biological element and inert systems for a future built environment based on bio-integration. Embryon Atelier is a cultural project that aims to approach design from a human-centered perspective. In our vision, the user of space has the special responsibility of creating and maintaining a harmonious natural environment, and also fulfills a key role in the life of the community, implicitly generating the creation of valuable "cultural places" around them. The comfortable living of such "places" is the objective of our team. To this end, Embryon Atelier's activity focuses on three priority directions: education, research, and design.

Most of the time, decontamination of the recyclable fraction is not economically viable, thus creating garbage. Lack of infrastructure is not excusable. Write to the mayor and ask him to speed up the process - see letter templates - or valorize separately collected materials at a collection center. Look for it on the site!
