The day's program is packed with interactive activities, in an atmosphere of a human-centered economy and without waste: 10:00-10:30 Guest arrival 10:30-11:30 Guided farm tour led by the two passionate engineers who manage this ecologically sustainable, socially equitable, and ethically governed farm. 11:30-12:00 Meet the team 12:00-13:00 Nutrition and cooking workshops for children and adults, where you can create culinary delights using fresh farm vegetables, thus promoting responsible consumption. 13:30-14:00 Socializing, games, and outdoor activities for the little ones, for a day full of fun and joy, emphasizing the importance of civic responsibility and education for sustainable development. 13:30-14:30 Ad-hoc market with vegetables harvested on the morning of Harvest Day. Don't forget to bring reusable bags! Harvest Day is an event dedicated to the community and beyond, where the bio&co farm becomes a space for the community and of the community alike. The event promotes a sustainable lifestyle, reminding us that our daily consumption choices have a major impact on people, the planet, and the economy.
